Graduation Requirements
At Morgan Elementary, we work to introduce all students to colleges, trades, and careers to encourage future possibilities. Through our college and career events and school-wide championing for secondary education through college or trade school advancement, we support all students in their future endeavors.
To prepare students for junior high and high school, Morgan Elementary conducts an Innovative School Day for all grade-levels where common core standards are practiced, allowing students a preview into the high school endorsement realm of study: Business & Industry; Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM); Public
Services; Arts & Humanities; and Multidisciplinary Studies (Adamuti-Trache et al., 2021).
All Texas high school students must claim an area of study and an endorsement track to follow as per the new Texas State Laws.
